Call for Abstracts

ICG2024 Abstract Submission NOW OPEN  (deadline extended to 4 November 2024)

The Scientific Sub-committee invites abstract submission for consideration for presentation at the Conference. The theme of the conference is “Collaborating for the Future of Gerontechnology”. Abstracts for oral or poster presentation relating to any of the following sub-themes are invited:

1. Abstracts must be submitted through the online system (i.e. Easychair system) below, by following the instructions in the page of “New Submission”.
2. The abstract must be relevant to one of the 4 sub-themes listed above.
3. Authors should indicate whether “Poster Presentation”, “Oral Presentation” or “No Preference” is preferred.
4. The abstract should be written in English and not more than 300 words.
5. The text must be arranged as follows:
   1. Background and Objectives
   2. Methods
   3. Results
   4. Conclusions
6. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Sub-committee of the conference. Its decisions about acceptance of an abstract and mode of presentation are final.
7. Notification of abstract acceptance will be provided through individual emails.
8. The presenting authors of selected abstracts are required to register for the conference.
9. For abstract submission, please follow the abstract guidelines.

A total of 6 prizes will be awarded for the top 3 poster presentations and top 3 oral presentations.
